Shearing
Our investment and reputation in shearing is second to none. We have a 3M x 6.0mm highly accurate CNC controlled Cincinnati 1810 shear from 2025. We also have an Amada ATF fully automatic shearing centre to process up to 2M wide material up to 5 Tonnes per hour. Our capacity, experience and flexibility enable us to produce excellent product on short lead times. No quantity is too large or too small. Contact us now to see what we can do for you.
Sawing
Straight cuts and mitre-cutting available in house. Our primary bandsaw has straight cutting capacity of 300 x 200mm and is fully automatic. Our semi automatic mitre saw has a capacity cutting capacity of 150 wide at 45 degrees. These machines allow us to offer an accurate cutting service for all of our Tube and section products .
FOLding
We offer folding of sheared blanks to suit your requirements with capacity of up to 3M long and 125 Tonnes. NC Controlled and highly accurate we are well set up to handle any quantities.
Additional services
JCY offer an extensive range of additional services for our customers. These include de-burring, drilling, corner notching, punching and painting, which are available on a range of our products. We have our own comprehensive fleet of lorries
At JCY we understand the importance of rapid and reliable service. We employ our own experienced drivers who drive well maintained vehicles no older than 5 years to ensure reliable on time deliveries.
With around 2,000 tonnes of stock ready and waiting to leave our warehouse, approximately 90 percent of what we sell can be delivered next day.
