Digital Measuring Bed JCY has invested in a brand-new mitre cutting bandsaw for specialist in-house sawing. The new Alligator bandsaw is a compact and robust hydraulically controlled, semi-automatic machine for cutting of solids, tubes and sections. It is fitted with a double mitre head for instant mitres up to 45° left and 60° right. Using our new digital measuring bed the bandsaw is capable of producing tight tolerance cut lengths up to 2m long. This means that we can deliver high quality mitred tube and light section lengths to your door on a very short time scale. As always you can be assured that all material will be first class quality and that no quantity is too big or too small.
